What counts as a request?
Each call to /v1/analyze for a single product counts as one request. Batch requests count as one request per product in the batch.
Can I use the API programmatically?
Yes. Standard plan and above includes API key access. Use your key in the X-Api-Key header to build custom tools, AI agents, and automations against our REST API — including CSV bulk upload and batch analysis.
What is CSV Bulk Upload?
Available on Enterprise plan. Upload a .csv file with a 'product' column to analyse up to your plan's batch limit of products in one go — no need to type them one by one.
What is the Product Watchlist?
Enterprise users can add products to a watchlist that gets re-analyzed hourly. You receive alerts when a score jumps 10+ points.
Do unused requests roll over?
No. Request quotas reset at the start of each billing month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal and you keep access until the end of your paid period.
